Ramzan Kadyrov also addressed the states that accept or will accept supporters of the unrecognized republic: "If a brother kills his sworn enemy for his brother, or a son kills a shaitan-terrorist for his father, mother, or sister if you consider this a murder, a crime, be kind and deport them, Give us these shaitan-terrorists. So, wherever they are, we will follow and destroy them."

According to Kadyrov, blood feud is not a relic of the Middle Ages, as "European liberals mistakenly imagine".

"It is the only and most effective tool for deterring aggression and recklessness, reducing even the theoretical possibility of intentional homicide to zero. We could have announced a blood feud against Zelensky, but analyzing his actions and statements, we can only say that he is a hostage of the West and is forced to follow someone else's orders," says Kadyrov.

Since 2014, two battalions of volunteers named after the first president of Ichkeria, Dzhokhar Dudayev and Sheikh Mansuri, have been fighting on the side of Ukraine. In July, supporters of the unrecognized republic of Ichkeria declared jihad against Ramzan Kadyrov and his regime. In addition, Anzor Maskhadov, the son of the second president of Ichkeria, Aslan Maskhadov, and Islam Belokiev, the spokesman of the battalion named after Sheikh Mansur, announced the preparations of the underground resistance movement in Chechnya. According to them, the purpose of preparation is "de-occupation and independence of Ichkeria". 

Deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine demand recognition of the unrecognized Chechen Republic of Ichkeria as a sovereign state. The draft of the relevant resolution was submitted to the Rada of Ukraine on July 12.

"To subjugate the Chechen people, the Kremlin has waged two wars, committed violent murders and genocide, and appointed its henchman Ramzan Kadyrov, who continues the policy of terror. During the two wars, the cities of Argun and Grozny were almost destroyed by Russia's massive bombing (like Mariupol, Severodonetsk and dozens of other Ukrainian cities), which also aimed to destroy the civilian population of these cities. Therefore, the warriors of Ichkeria are already helping Ukraine in the war against Russia in the fight for our independence," - said one of the authors of the draft resolution, Oleksiy Goncharenko.
