The import and export of goods at Georgia's customs border, as well as customs control procedures for individuals crossing the state border, will not be carried out at the checkpoint.
Once the weather improves, the Kazbegi Border Crossing Point will resume normal operations at full capacity, and passenger and cargo transportation will continue without interruption.

In the mountainous regions of Eastern Georgia (Akhalkalaki, Tsalka, Bakuriani, Gudauri, Omalo), the weather will be mostly dry. Daytime temperatures will range from -4 to +1 degrees, while nighttime temperatures will drop to -8 to -13 degrees.
