Yesterday, due to a car accident in Kakheti, we lost Elene, who was full of smiles, joy, and life, and who tirelessly fought for change and the betterment of this country. It is hard for us to believe and understand that Ana is currently fighting for her life. In this crisis, we must strengthen ourselves, stand together, and remain resolute as we mourn and fight together. All of this is incredibly difficult," Nika Melia, one of the leaders of the coalition and co-chairman of the Ahali party, wrote on social media.
