The Russian law of the Georgian Dream party threatens independent media and civil society organizations and hinders Georgia from joining the European Union.

Russian law establishes Putin's rules in Georgia, which has eliminated free speech in Russia.

When you are oppressed, there will be no one to cover your problem and stand by you.

As a result of a traffic accident in the village of Vachnadziani, Gurjaani Municipality, Elene Megrelishvili, a member of the Coalition For Change, was killed. Another member of the political union, Ana Kartlelishvili, sustained serious injuries. They were holding meetings with the local population in the villages of Gurjaani before the elections.

"We are facing the hardest days as a coalition and as friends, for everyone who knew our two comrades, Elene and Ana. Yesterday, due to a car accident in Kakheti, we lost Elene, who was full of smiles, joy, and life, and who tirelessly fought for change and the betterment of this country. It is hard for us to believe and understand that Ana is currently fighting for her life. In this crisis, we must strengthen ourselves, stand together, and remain resolute as we mourn and fight together. All of this is incredibly difficult," Nika Melia, one of the leaders of the coalition and co-chairman of the Ahali party, wrote on social media.
