"Protests are being held in Tbilisi, with up to 10 thousand people participating regularly. A large portion of the young individuals participating regularly in these rallies are deemed insincere 'nationalists'," writes the Georgian Prime Minister, Irakli Kobakhidze, in an open letter that he claims is addressed to "sincere youths". The Prime Minister refers to the youth movements as violent organizations that are opposing the Russian Law on so-called Foreign Agents" and have been holding rallies in Tbilisi since April 15.

"These are the youth organizations of the National Movement, Gvaramia-Melia, Gakharia, and Khazaradze, which unite dozens of violent young people. Khazaradze finances the GenZ movement, whose leader is significantly older than Gen-Z," the head of government notes that violent youth organizations funded by Kezerashvili and foreign donors with black and opaque money are active at the rallies.
“Shame Movement, Franklin Club, Academy of the Future, Students for the European Future, Student Movement For Freedom, GEUT, Talgha, Nabiji, Tsertili, Dafioni, who regularly gather up to 200 activists and, together with the direct party asset, constitute the main core of violent youth," the Prime Minister says.
Irakli Kobakhidze also acknowledges the presence of sincere young people among the demonstrators, alongside those who may be less sincere. These individuals genuinely believe in the importance and righteousness of their actions as they stand in solidarity during the protests.
The Prime Minister mentions the Facebook posts of a sincere young person he is acquainted with, who, despite not having read the draft law, holds the belief that it is of Russian origin.
"This honest young man of ours is still at the rally today. He has not read the Georgian law, and even less so the Russian one, yet he believes that the Georgian law is Russian. He often shares videos of associate professors from Ilia University and NGOs, where these people tell a thousand lies. And he doesn't even fact-check any of this, because for him, both the associate professor from Ilia University and NGOs are right from God, whose word does not need to be checked at all. In the background of all this, the question arises: who should the government follow - this sincere young man with average intelligence and his associates, or our young, middle-aged, and elderly fellow citizens, who have correctly analyzed the events of the past 3 years, have not succumbed to any artificial provocations, and have helped maintain the stability of the state?" - states the Prime Minister.
The head of the government is discussing a survey conducted a month ago, in which "Georgian Dream" categorized its supporters based on intelligence level.
"A self-confident person without knowledge and intelligence is worse than a Russian tank. When 29-year-old Gigla Berbicashvili shot 70-year-old Ilia Chavchavadze, he deeply believed that he was a progressive, sincere young man, and Ilia Chavchavadze was a backward, dishonest old man. This belief was instilled in Berbicashvili and his like-minded young people by Bolshevik ideology. The pseudo-liberal ideology also operates with similar methods, convincing the youth who directly or indirectly follow the collective National Movement that they are the epitome of sincerity and progressiveness in this country," the Prime Minister wrote.
