"We captured footage of how they went to the polling station with lists and distributed money. The individual who attacked us was removed from the premises because of that. We provided the patrol police officers with detailed information on how events were unfolding at this polling station. However, the person who attacked me and my cameraman and destroyed our equipment is still here. I informed the patrol police officers about this, but they did not respond and left the area. We have been waiting for the criminal police for over an hour," said Mariam Makasarashvili.
It was necessary to call an emergency medical aid team to the scene of the incident. According to Mariam Makasarashvili, the cameraman sustained injuries to his face and received first aid.
