Observers from the non-governmental organization Civil Advocacy Center were attacked at the 11th election precinct in Matani, Akhmeta Municipality. According to journalist Gela Mtivlishvili, the assault on him and the organization's lawyer, Vladimer Kutateladze, occurred after they requested that so-called spectators and Georgian Dream coordinators leave the entrance and surrounding area of the precinct.

"We were attacked at the election precinct, likely by precinct spectators, when we demanded that they and the Georgian Dream coordinators leave the entrance and surrounding area. Today, both Lado and I are working as observers. They took our phone, preventing us from filming the initial incident. Even after returning the phone, they continued to prevent us from filming, beat us, spat on us, and cursed us," says Gela Mtivlishvili.
Observers from the Civil Advocacy Center reported a violation at the 1st polling station in Akhmeta, where alleged voter bribery occurred. As per their information, they witnessed the coordinator of Georgian Dream giving money to a voter. Gela Mtivlishvili stated that he called 112, but there was no response.
