According to information from the National Environment Agency, precipitation is expected in Georgia until February 8, primarily in the form of snow, with heavy snowfall anticipated in certain areas (particularly in the western region of the country). Fog and blizzard conditions are forecasted for mountainous regions, with icy roads posing a risk of slippery conditions. There is a potential danger of avalanches and power line freezing, while strong storms reaching up to 6 points are possible at sea. The precipitation in rivers across western Georgia could lead to a significant rise in water levels, with hilly areas facing the possibility of landslides and mudslides being triggered and activated.
