Georgian Dream has presented delegates for all 30 electoral constituencies. None of the nominees are women. Fourteen of the 22 delegates nominated in the regions are active members of Parliament.
According to the ruling party, all delegates on the proportional list of Georgian Dream will be in what are considered "passing places." The full proportional list is expected to be announced in September.
The parliamentary elections on October 26, 2024, will be held under a fully proportional system with a 5% threshold. Despite the abolition of the majoritarian system, Georgian Dream has made an amendment to the election code that allows the party to designate a candidate from the proportional list as a delegate of any of the 30 constituencies.
