"Congratulations to President Donald Trump on His decisive victory in the election," Kobakhidze wrote on Platform X. He expressed confidence that Trump's leadership would promote global peace, benefit the region, and lead to a restart in relations between Georgia and the USA.
Salome Zourabichvili emphasized the importance of America's support for Georgia's Euro-Atlantic integration.
"Congratulations on your election, Mr. President Donald Trump A strong US - our strategic partner and friend of 33 years - is needed now more than ever to support Georgia’s Euro-Atlantic integration, bolster regional security and stability, and safeguard our freedom & independence," Zourabichvili wrote on X.
In the presidential elections held on November 5 in the USA, the Republican Party candidate, Donald Trump, secured a convincing lead. He has already declared himself the winner and addressed his supporters in Florida. Donald Trump will be the 47th president of the USA.
