Hopefully, these elections, which are an expression of the will of the Georgian people, will become the beginning of the progress and well-being of the Georgian people, the strengthening of the relationship between the two countries, and the development of cooperation between the countries of the region.
I will ask the Lord for the health and success of your Excellency and the success of the friendly Georgian people," reads the congratulatory letter.
