"The only war party is in Moscow. This is the party that attacked Georgia in 2008, this is the party that attacked Ukraine in 2014, and is currently waging a war against Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity. It is our obligation to those who value freedom to fight this party and win this war," The Foreign Affairs Minister of Lithuania, Gabrielius Landsbergis, commented on the narrative of the Global War Party, which appears to be attempting to involve Georgia in the war.

Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna also commented on the narrative of the Global War Party, which is often used by the ruling Georgian Dream.
"It's not a joke, because it's a serious thing and it's the Kremlin's narrative. The Kremlin's narrative and even debating it here is something we don't want to do, because it's a false narrative, a false and wrong direction.
There is a great desire to join the European Union, there is a great desire to share the same values, and there is no place for Kremlin narratives in this world," said Tsakhkna.
On May 14, Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze once again mentioned the Global War Party at a press conference held in the government administration regarding his meeting with the U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs, James O'Brien. He noted that it is dangerous to discuss this topic even in a closed meeting. As Kobakhidze said, he shared only 30% of the information with O'Brien.
"You know we can't talk openly about this [Global War Party]. This is a very, very uncomfortable issue and a very dangerous one. We are dealing with dangerous people in the form of a Global War Party," said the Georgia Prime Minister.
James O'Brien links the ruling party leaders' claims of the Global War Party to a conspiracy theory.
“The broader conversation concerns comments by leaders of the Georgian Dream. That there is a global war party and that Georgia must turn away from the commitments made to the global war party. And that there is a conspiracy by the West to remove Georgian Dream from office, despite 12 years of strong cooperation. This is like a Reddit page came to life. It is unreal, wrong, and a complete misunderstanding of the international community’s relationship to Georgia,” The US Assistant Secretary of State told journalists.
On April 29, Bidzina Ivanishvili repeatedly mentioned the Global War Party at the rally organized by Georgian Dream in support of the Russian Law.
