"Until now, the CEC has been concealing the most crucial evidence of election fraud, specifically, complete information about the voters who participated in the elections," stated Natia Mezvrishvili, deputy chairperson of the Gakharia - for Georgia party.

According to Mezvrishvili, instead of providing concrete answers regarding how long the list of voters who underwent verification on voting day is stored on the voting machines and CEC servers, CEC Chairman Giorgi Kalandarishvili is spreading false information on TV, as if he has no right to disclose this information.
"The absence of a specific response to the official, specific appeal from the CEC indicates that the CEC chairman is directly involved in the falsification of evidence, which constitutes a criminal offense, along with other crimes committed by the CEC chairman and individual members of the CEC during the election fraud process.
Unfortunately, this crime is also facilitated by the court, which has yet to make an urgent decision based on our application.
It is clear how the CEC, SSS, Prosecutor's Office, Ministry of Justice, and the Court systematically worked to falsify the elections and how they are now working to cover up the traces of that falsification. Naturally, after such a delay, we will no longer be able to trust the published information," said Natia Mezvrishvili.
On October 29, the party of former Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia requested that the CEC hand over the contract signed with the electronic vote counting system company Smartmatic, specifically the documentation that regulates the storage period of the single list of voters in the voting machines and the procedures for deleting this information. Additionally, the Gakharia party demands that a neutral, objective platform be provided for the voters database who participated in the parliamentary elections on October 26, allowing each citizen to individually verify where and when they voted. Later, the party appealed to the court and requested the protection of the evidence within the CEC. As Natia Mezvrishvili stated, they became aware that the databases on the CEC servers were being falsified and that the information stored in the electronic voting machines was being deleted.
