"Our society has endured 6 days of bullying, as if the elections were falsified and the votes stolen, yet no evidence has been presented by anyone. Today, we will present evidence and specific facts regarding how these individuals stole votes from Georgian Dream, what schemes they employed, what actions they took, and what specific facts are connected to this situation.
If they did not believe we would report this story, such facts have indeed been uncovered. When they accuse us, I will now show them the reality:
We have 81 confirmed facts that indicate a systematic effort, which we will present to the Prosecutor's Office of Georgia today.
Since they won't and can't, we will, and because they are not cooperating with the investigation, we will take the initiative to cooperate on the details so that no one in this country can commit the alleged crimes.
Specific voters, whom we know and have identified as supporters of Georgian Dream, went to the polling station only to find themselves removed from the electoral list. It turned out that they had been appointed by various parties within the National Movement cluster as representatives in other election precincts, often far from their registered locations. Consequently, our supporters could no longer vote; many succeeded, while many did not. For instance, in Tbilisi, Nona Nemsadze, a resident of Didube, was supposed to vote at the 27th polling station. However, upon her arrival, she discovered that she had been appointed as a representative of European Georgia in Ninotsminda, at the 25th polling station.
We have identified 81 cases where votes were stolen from Georgian Dream, and specific individuals were prevented from voting at their registered locations - they were removed from the electoral list because their personal data had been fraudulently obtained and included on a special list.
We will send this list to the prosecutor's office and request a detailed investigation into how their personal data was acquired, who was involved, and how supporters of Georgian Dream, who were unaware of this, were appointed as representatives of their party elsewhere. This is an investigative matter, and I am addressing an alleged crime that prevents citizens from expressing their choices freely.
There were instances where representatives of the National Movement cluster were near the mobile ballot box. When they became suspicious, they informed citizens that they were supporters of Georgian Dream, but they simply left without signing the relevant paperwork. Such data has been deleted. This constitutes the second scheme, which was devised in the event that, based on a random drawing, they were assigned to the mobile ballot box," said Mdinaradze.
In the parliamentary elections held on October 26, according to the Central Election Commission, Georgian Dream received 53.92% of the votes, while the votes were distributed among the opposition parties as follows: Coalition for Change - 11.034%; Unity - National Movement - 10.17%; Strong Georgia - 8.808%; Gakharia for Georgia - 7.777%. None of the opposition parties that crossed the electoral threshold accept these results. They claim the elections were falsified, calling for an international investigation and the scheduling of new elections.
