As per the decision of the Prime Minister of Georgia, the days from January 3, 2024, to January 5, 2024, were designated as holidays for those employed in administrative bodies. By this decision, holidays for public agencies will start from December 30 and continue up to and including January 7.

According to the resolution, the administrative body will determine the services/servants under its authority/included in its system, to which the resolution will not apply, given that the performance of their functions is an urgent necessity for the implementation of the state authority and the normal functioning of the society.
The resolution does not apply to the financial obligations to be fulfilled before the persons subject to the supervision of the National Bank of Georgia, as well as to the activities related to the state procurement provided by the Law of Georgia ‘On State Procurement.’
