Kadyrov's Foundation to Build Art School in Occupied Tskhinvali

The Russian law of the Georgian Dream party threatens independent media and civil society organizations and hinders Georgia from joining the European Union.

Russian law establishes Putin's rules in Georgia, which has eliminated free speech in Russia.

When you are oppressed, there will be no one to cover your problem and stand by you.

The foundation named after the first president of Chechnya, Akhmat-Khaji Kadyrov, will build an art school in occupied Tskhinvali. In this regard, Akhmed Dudayev, the assistant to the leader of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, and the Minister of National Policy, Foreign Relations, Press, and Information, was in the so-called South Ossetia.

The capsule placement ceremony at the construction site was held on July 20, after which the de facto president Alan Gagloev announced that the art school would be named after Akhmat-Khaji Kadyrov. "I am sure that this school will give a new impetus to the development of art and the entire cultural sphere of the republic," said Alan Gagloev.

On his part, Akhmed Dudayev noted that the construction of the art school reflects the brotherly relations between Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov and Alan Gagloev.

"Let this social project and our further constructive interaction, the fraternal relations between our peoples, be an adequate response to all our ill-wishers, to all our enemies. The context of the situation surrounding our countries dictates the need to establish fraternal relations, which we will do," said Dudayev.

The decision to build an art school in Tskhinvali was made during a meeting between Gagloev and Kadyrov in Grozny. According to Russian media, the construction is financed by the Kadyrov Foundation and is a gift from the head of the Republic of Chechnya. The construction of the facility is planned to be completed by mid-2025.

In February, Kadyrov handed over 10 units of Russian-made UAZ Patriot cars to the so-called South Ossetia and also provided financial assistance to the so-called law enforcement agencies of the occupied region of Georgia.
