"It seems they didn’t forgive us – they had to light the Christmas tree amid our protest, and the next day they sent these “titushky”” women to us," says the activist.
The incident occurred on the evening of December 23, at the entrance to Limena. Eliso Janashia is certain that the Georgian Dream hired the woman who attacked her.
"I’m better now. Only the spot where she grabbed my hair hurt, but the insult, anger, and helplessness hurt me more. How we ended up in this situation, I don’t know. This woman, on that evening, was ready to attack us as supporters of Europe and opponents of Russia. She simply didn’t have a weapon, but she had a sense of complete impunity. The government’s propaganda created people like this," Janashia wrote on Facebook.
According to Eliso Janashia, the goal of the attack was to force her to leave Poti and stop her activism.
After the incident, Janashia contacted the police.
