"We will have a list of countries that have an unfair attitude towards our country. However, today I don't want to specify these countries in order to leave them a chance to change their behavior," the illegitimate Prime Minister, Irakli Kobakhidze, stated in an interview with Azerbaijani media, according to the press service of the government administration.

As Irakli Kobakhidze said, "influential forces" are operating against Georgia and "wanted to open a second front."
"They failed to achieve this, and that is why they are confronting our country and our government," Kobakhidze stated.
The illegitimate Prime Minister of Georgia gave an interview to the Azerbaijani television company Real TV. The interview was published in Azerbaijani on the TV channel's website, but the quote regarding the list of unjust countries is not included in the text.
In the interview, Irakli Kobakhidze claimed that European structures and bureaucrats are using the issue of opening accession negotiations to blackmail the Georgian government and Georgian Dream. When asked by the journalist to identify the authors of this blackmail, as well as the states interested in escalating the situation in Georgia and directly involved in it, Kobakhidze responded:
"There are specific forces, and specific European individuals and bureaucrats act on their behalf. There are also countries that have an unfair approach to our country. However, today I do not want to specify these countries in order to leave them a chance to change their behavior," reads the Azerbaijani translation of the interview.
The list mentioned by Kobakhidze's administration resembles the "list of unfriendly states and territories" created by the Russian Federation authorities.
The concept of "unfriendly states" first appeared in Russian legislation in 2018. Initially, this status was applied to two countries - the United States and the Czech Republic - due to the expulsion of Russian diplomats and sanctions against Russia.
The "unfriendly states" list includes countries that, according to Russian authorities, take unfriendly actions against Russia. As of now, the list features approximately 50 countries, including Canada, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, Australia, and 25 European Union member states. The list expanded significantly after Russia launched its war in Ukraine in February 2022.
